Orders

  • The offering on this website is only available within South Africa.
  • Order confirmation will be sent to email address provided on the order.
  • Please ensure a contact number accompanies the order.
  • Goods will only be shipped once the full payment is received in the sender’s account.
  • The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In some instances, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur resulting in a refund within 14 working days.
  • Cancellations by the customer will incur a 10% administration fee.
  • Handling time on orders may vary from 1-3 days on average depending on the dispatch load. Orders received before 11am (Mon-Fri) should get dispatched on the same day (this excludes Weekends and Public Holidays).
  • All orders placed on Weekends and Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Customers will be contacted via email regarding any delays in orders.
  • To avoid any delays please ensure all personal details supplied on the order are correct and valid.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

  • Valid Returns and/or exchanges are only accepted within 7 working days from date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original, undamaged packaging it was received.
  • Due to hygiene and safety purposes, there will be no returns/exchanges on face masks.
  • Returns/exchanges due to customer satisfaction:
    • All returns/exchanges are done as economy.
    • In the case of a exchange, the customer will be liable for a courier charge of R150.00
    • In the case of a return, the customer will be liable for a courier charge of R90.00.
    • Please email support@bestvaluedollar.com, include your order number.
  • Returns and/or exchanges will not be permitted on clearance and/or sale products.
  • Only on receipt of returned/exchanged product in original condition and packaging, will a refund/exchange be processed.
  • In the case of an incorrect order being dispatched. The sender will be liable for the delivery charges.
  • You will be required to re seal and re-label original courier packaging for collection. Please ensure you receive a proof of collection.
  • Credit card /Debit card refunds may take up to 14 working days(bank dependant).
