Shipping & Delivery

Shipping only in RSA using leading courier companies.

  • Delivery charge:
    • Orders over R600 will qualify for a free delivery on first attempt of delivery (if a second attempt is required, the customer will be liable for this cost).
    • For orders below R600 there will be a delivery charge of R90.
  • Delivery windows:
    • Orders received before 11am(Monday – Friday).
      • Local Areas – Orders will be scheduled for delivery within 2-3 working days.
      • Regional Areas – Orders will be scheduled for delivery 3-5 working days.
    • Orders received after 11am(Monday – Friday).
      • Local Areas – Orders will be scheduled for delivery within 3-4 working days.
      • Regional Areas – Orders will be scheduled for delivery 4-6 working days.
  • Courier partners are hand to hand couriers, no P.O. Box Addresses.
  • Deliveries will be done to the addresses provided when order is placed.
    • Please ensure someone is present at the address to sign for your order.
    • We do not accept any responsibility if a representative at the customer’s chosen address accepts delivery of the product/s and is not authorized to do so, or does so under false or fraudulent circumstances.
  • If a customer is not present to receive the order:
    • This will result in the delivery being re-scheduled, to the cost of the customer.
    • Should the customer not be present on the second attempt, this will result in the order being redirected to the sender.
    • The customer will receive a refund on payment made for the order less the delivery charges for the delivery attempts made and a 10% administration fee.

  • Should the receiver not accept the delivery for any other reasons this will result in the order being redirected to sender. Refund on payment made for the order less the delivery charges and 10% administration fee.
  • If incorrect delivery information was supplied on order :
    • The customer could choose to have the order redirected and will be liable for additional courier fee.
    • For any changes please email info@bestvaluedollar.com, include your order number.
  • Non delivery/delay of delivery due to:
    • Lost in transit.
      • Should the order be lost in transit, you will be notified accordingly and should you want to replace the order, we will try our best to fulfill your initial order.
      • Should you not wish to replace the order, your payment will be refunded.
    • Issues outside of our control.
    • Act of God.
  • All delivery charges are charged to the customer upfront on finalization of sale. There is no cash on delivery.

Payment

  • All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
  • Pricing on current products is competitive; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax (VAT) and delivery charges (on the day of shipping).
  • Payment methods accepted are Credit card and Debit card.
  • We reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • We cannot guarantee the product you have paid for will be available, it is extremely rare, but technology can fail and the product may be oversold, refunds will be immediate.
  •  When you submit your Order, you warrant that you are authorized to use the card and that there are sufficient funds to pay for the order.
  •  We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.
  • Once you have selected your payment method and you accept these Terms and Conditions, you will be directed to a link to a secure site for payment of the applicable purchase price for the goods.
